This positions is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding past due invoices and reconcile accounts
- Respond to customer and staff inquiries including invoice and payment application documentation
- Review account reports and move accounts accordingly

Qualifications
- Previous experience in collections and credit would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated and assertive
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Word and Excel Preferred
- Accounting skills and knowledge; recognition from a qualified accounting course, or equivalent experience
