Weather Update - Operations - Severe weather in Ontario has had a negative impact on our capacity this week. As the GTA continues to dig out from their first major snow fall of the year, we anticipate being back to normal capacity by early next week.
Weather throughout the prairies have resulted in multiple road closures over the past 2 weeks. These closures have impacted our Linehaul network, especially our LCV schedules only allowing our drivers to pull single trailers instead of doubles.
With highways re-opening in British Columbia, we are still experiencing significant delays into and out of the province. Several areas in BC are limited to single lane traffic while the province continues to work on restoring the infrastructure. This has also been impacted this week with poor weather and road closures due to avalanche control.

Please see below for important updates that may affect you.
We will continue to pick up and process shipments originating in or destined to BC. We will prioritize new pickup requests based on the following criteria:
- Shipment is less than 10,000 lbs., or 10 feet of trailer (Unless Prior arrangements have been made)
- Shipment does not contain Dangerous Goods
There are no restrictions on other lanes.
For customers using our Rail Service ex: Toronto, destined to Vancouver, please note that both Rail lines are anticipating significant delays as they work through Capacity issues created by the closure. The extreme cold temperatures in the west have forces the rail lines to shorten the length of the trains, further reducing their capacity. Transit times are impacted during the winter months, as train lengths & train speeds are reduced. Freight in the network will move based on the age of pick up.
