Carbon Tax Changes Effective April 14 2025
Please anticipate delays in the network due to previous highway closures in BC from avalanche control, as well as road conditions and previous highway closures in Northern Ontario and Eastern Quebec. Rail delays are anticipated due to tier restrictions as a result of weather conditions through Northern Ontario and Eastern Quebec.
British Columbia:
Delays may be anticipated after previous highway closures due to avalanche control.
Alberta:
Delays may be anticipated after previous highway closures due to avalanche control.
Saskatchewan:
Nothing to report.
Manitoba:
Delays may be anticipated as a result of delays due to road conditions through Northern Ontario.
Ontario:

Quebec:
